Karthika Vaidyanathan's journey began with being born in a family steeped into music. Her father Trivandrum R Vaidyanathan, an Indian percussionist while her mother Meena, a Carnatic Classical music educator, It was under the expert guidance of Bombay Jayashri Ramnath, whom she reveres both as a godmother and a guru, that her musical journey took a profound turn, shaping her perspective on music and life.
In 2020, she founded Swarakshara, a platform dedicated to nurturing aspiring musicians. What started as a humble endeavor has now grown into a thriving community of teachers and students, all bound by their shared love for music and their commitment to empowering one another.
Karthika Vaidyanathan continues to inspire and empower countless individuals, leaving an indelible mark on the world of music and music lovers.
